S'il existe une terre propice à l'élaboration des grands vins en Languedoc. Elle est là! Pays de la Tramontane et du Mistral, dominant de ses collines le bas Languedoc, le Domaine de la Coste Moynier se situe au carrefour du monde provençal et du grand territoire Languedocien.
Elisabeth et Luc s'installèrent à Saint-Christol, en 1975, sur une propriété de 33 hectares, au point culminant du village, au Domaine de la Coste, sur des terres classées AOC.
Au cœur de notre domaine viticole, la nature est notre plus précieuse alliée.
Engagés dans une démarche certifiée en agriculture biologique, nous veillons avec passion à protéger la biodiversité et la fertilité de nos sols. La dégustation de nos vins vous invite à découvrir non seulement le fruit de notre travail, mais aussi l'essence même de notre terroir, où la tradition se marie harmonieusement avec l'innovation, dans le plus grand respect de la nature. Chaque année, nos vignes accueillent des centaines de brebis en pâture, elles participent à l'entretien de nos terres préservées.
Le domaine se révèle sous de multiples aspects, en développement son activité d'œnotourisme: dégustation de groupes, séminaires sur mesure, évènements artistiques, journées accords mets et vins.
Elisabeth and Luc settled in Saint Christol, in 1975, on a proprety of 33 hectares, at the highest point of the village in Domaine de la Coste Moynier, on lands classified in AOC.

The tasting of our wines invites you to discover not only the fruit of our labour, but also the very essence of our terroir, where tradition blends harmoniously with innovation, with the greatest respect for nature. Every year, our vines welcome hundreds of sheep to graze, they participate in the maintenance of our preserved land.
The winery reveals itself in many aspects, developing its wine tourism activity: group tastings, tailor-made seminars, artistic events, food and wine pairing days.
